You probably don't agree with me when you not a professional Marketer, and that why professionals know the secret while the amateur ego knows everything better.

Ok, you may knew and you want to become a professional, you must know the secret of leads! Well, lets start to tell you what a lead is and what a lead not is.

A Lead from a lead list is a contact information, but this defiantly don't tell you that this person wants to start a business nor that this person want to buy your information. The lead information also gives you no right to call that person and give them your sells pitch! That what all amateurs are doing! Stop it, because you will make yourself a very bad name very fast! You first need to build a relationship and find out what they want and what they don't want, than you can move forwards.

Just think you are going into a store and want to look around and see what they have, did they offer item that is your taste and in your budget. So the customer likes to look around and when they are ready or have a question they will ask the sales person, and that sales person must respond fast and in a professional manner.

But what are amateurs doing? As a customer comes into their store, they don't allow them to look around, no they think they know what that person want or need and they will smutch it into their face. They will always over talk that person wish and tell that person what they must buy and what they must have, they don't give that person space and air to breath. Guess what happen, that person will run as fast as possible and will tell everyone to stay away from that store! Well I call that person a person, because he or she didn't had the opportunity to become a customer.

The secret to make a lead from your lead list to a customer or business partner is by building a relationship. It's all about them and not you, so shout up what you want and treat that person with respect and dignity. Nobody ever will do business with a jerk, so don't become one. You must start to communicate with your lead and let them know who you are and how you can help them. Let them come in and let them feel comfortable around you and when you bring high value to them they will buy from you or go in business with you.

Most leads list are nothing else than names with information, and you defiantly have no idea how they come to their information, and nor did you know that they want to buy any thing. It's your professional Marketing skills that will awake that person interest, and when they are interested and ready to buy, than is your sales person term to close that sale.

Again, when the person or than customer is ready to buy, shout up again and close that sale! There again is when an amateur mess it up, they don't see that the sales is ready to close and they still keep trying to sell, and then they are surprise when that person change their mind and walks out without buying anything, and don't run after them trying to sell, because you miss that one opportunity. Again, the professional know when and what to say, while the amateur doesn't know the secret when or how to say something, they are just pitching and they don't listen when to close the sale.

It's Monday and the starting of a new week for your Home Based Business, by Gudrun Smith

Good morning, it is Monday morning and another week is starting. I hope for all of you who are reading this article and working in a home based business are already busy moving towards your goals and getting results.

In case you are not, what are you doing right now? Are you still checking your e-mail or what you missed in your skype chat, or you may still in facebook and twitter? Just watch out, this can be your start to sabotage your morning.

Don't shake your head and telling me that you just checking and using social site to build your business, because most people are wasting their time in there and when the day is over they ware not productive and show no results.

You must have a routine and stick with it. Just as you are at your job, you know when you have to start, when your breaks are, what you have to get accomplish for that day and when you are going home. Now, why so many people who are working at home can't get into that ripen and treat their business like a job carrier? Because the secret weapon for success in your home based business is to use the same workflow like you do at your job.

Like at your job, you may have every morning fast a meeting, which informs you were you are and what the goal and deadline of your project is and that your bosses and their shareholders expect from you to stick with the schedule and deliver the results by deadline.

Well, they don't ask you that you be ready, and when dear you be cut not doing the job, but hanging around in all kinds off chats or social media site, you will be fired. Now, tell me what is the different between working for another company or working for yourself? The business strategy is the same, just at the job you exchange your time for a paycheck while working for yourself you are able to make as much money as you want.

Now, ask yourself this question:

Are you getting results what you are doing?

Are you hanging around social site and get nothing done?

Are you working on a schedule?

Are you doing ongoing education outside your work schedule to improve your skills?

Are you willing to pay yourself salary for the results you have? What I mean, when someone else works for you the way you are currently working you business, would you pay that person that salary?

Are you working on your personal development to get you were you want to be?

Are you reinvesting your money from your business income back into your business and expand it?

Are you in charge of your business, or other people?

That are a few question, but I think they are really important or later you will find out that you waste to much time and opportunities to get you were you belong. When you don't have the result jet than you need to stop what you are doing and go over it. This will be a sign that you are not doing what needs to be done, or what you are currently doing is not working and correction needed to be done. Don't worry, as long as you don't give up and are willing to learn new skills and using them you will get results. The biggest mistake most home based business owner are doing, they don't do it!

So just check your checklist again, and see what needs improvement, what is out of date and what is working that brings you the result and the money. When you get already the results, than you on the right track, but when not, you have no time any more to be wasted with none sense and excuses.

Life by Design means painting the picture of your life and than follow through to make it happen. It is so funny; as soon we become adults we forget the most important skills about our desire and what we want from life. Why are this changes happen which only keeps us from designing the life of our dream and how we can get it back.

Everyone knows how kids are full of fantasy what they want to become and how they find costumes to look like the character they want to be. They start collecting everything, their toys are all about it, and than they paint pictures all about it. Most adults push it away and think that is just a childish phase and later the child growth out of it and see what real life is all about.

But, when you really watch kids, did you realize that they never give up with what they want. Oh yes, just look around when you go to the grocery store. How many kids you see telling their parents what they want and what not, and than see how the parents react! Most of the parents will buy what their child wants. Not only the candy they want, but also which food or drinks they want. Is that not amazing to see how kids most of the time get what they want?

Now what's happen, why they lose this ability? Why they give up to paint their picture what they want from life and why so many people choose a total different job than they wanted when they were a child? What did happen and why?

The answer is simple, the child is still so much connected their source from where we all come, but as soon they are here on earth they been told what life is all about, they been told from their parents, family, teachers and others what to believe and what not. People forgot how to paint the picture of their life and as a result they are not design their life, but they are in lives control. Life controls them to go to work, bring a paycheck home, pay the bills and raise the family.

Most families have no time any more for family activities and no money for family activities. When you look at this it looks very sad, but most people just accept it and a long time ago they stop to follow their heart and living that life they wanted as a child. What's happen, why are people going the opposite direction than the ones of their dreams. But do you know that we still be able and make correction towards the direction we are going? Yes in every given second you can turn your life around and start painting your life again by the design you want and live the life of your dreams, but you must make it happen, nobody can do that for you.

This may is the problem why people stop pushing for their real dreams, because nobody really teaches them how it needs to be done. You are never too young or too old to start painting the design of your life and than support it by the right action. This is not a fantasy, because so many people done it already and proven that this really works. When people from all level of live done it so can you do it, and please stop your excuses! Yes, everyone who fails think that you don't know their story and why they fail. You know what? Get over it, because everyone has challenges and issues in their families not only you, and never think that other must feel sorry for you and that is the other person job to get you out. Because when you really think like that you will stay there forever, but when you look for help how to get out there and start painting your picture again, your life will change in the direction you want to go. How many people lost their purpose in life and with it they lost hope. They lost hope to set goals and really doing what they want to do. They become fearful of failing, and been disappointed over and over again not been able to reach their goals. They lost hope and became lacey and hiding behind alcohol and drugs.

You must have hope in what you are doing. You must know your purpose of your life and why you are doing it. When you don't have you just become lacy, inactive and no action for any short-term goals, and you defiantly have no long-term goals.

Find purpose in your life; hope that everything will turn around and that your situation will get better. Have hope that you will change your life that you want and to reach for each goal you have. Hope is the seat and they will produce fruit. Hope for the purpose you have in your life to accomplish. Not only having hope and goals for you life, no the drive to reach for this life purpose goal inspire you to take action and to become active.

How many of you always knew that they have a inside desire to do something special with your life, but than it was not approved from you surrounding? How many from you know that inside calling, but than become fearful to become different than everyone around you. Because you fear been disapprove from someone else, which will stop you from taking action toward your goal and purpose of your life. The result will be that you feel unfulfilled and very empty in the inside, and that is when most people try to cover it up with alcohol and drugs. Just like I said it to cover up something never will bring you the result you want, but it can put you on a path you didn't wanted to go from the first place out. So why are so many people are going that path?

Because they lost hope and groomed to follow were everybody else is going. They are told to follow security and let other do it, because they are not good enough. They are label as daydreamer and been reminded to get out of that stage and do what everybody else is doing. They lost hope and hope was taken from them. They become inactive and depressed because they gave away the biggest gift they ever have and that is hope and finding their purpose for their lives. The good news is, that you can change the outcome right now from this moment on.

Who is Gudrun Smith

I, Gudrun Smith came with my husband and kids to USA in 1996 and in 1998 I filed for divorce after I ended in the ER. I was mental and physical abused and harassment from his girlfriend and her friends. He told me that I am in his country and have no rights, my only rights was a roof over my head and food on the table, but I needed to do what his girlfriend was telling me to do.

It took twenty-two month until my divorce was final. It was dirty and she destroyed my name and reputations from the military mass-hall to the German Stammtisch and than to the International Women Club, to keep their husband away from me or I will destroy their marriages. Which was a joke, because I was not interested in dating, just been with my kids.

He refused and without his waiver, I was not allow to leave the country to go back home or I had end in jail for kidnapping my own kids. For ten years after the divorce he tried to control me and let his frustration out on me, blame me for things that were not my business and that he always was broken. I had must learn how to get my self-esteem back and become strong again by not allowing him anymore to destroy me over and over again.

For one year I am really free and in peace without any contact to them. Now I am planning to move next year back to Germany. My oldest is already in College and next year my youngest, but my ex told me that I can't leave because he still reuse to give me permission. Well now it's too late, and my time has come to move forward.

My passion is Online Marketing, Business and Personal Development. I always make money on the Internet, but not millions yet. With all this drama in my live it took me so much longer to break free. In the same time as a single mom I was able to take great vacation with my boys, even to Puerto Rico, Canada and few times to Germany. I am debt free and have money in the bank. I helped many people to change their live and coach them how to build an online business successful on a small budget.

It is not easy to amid to be in an abusive relationship and special hard to leave that relationship. Most people who never experience it don't understand it and they will even give the wrong advice.

It is not always easy from the outside to see which partner are true to you and really loves you, or that they manipulate you so they can control you. There are many reasons behind the mind of an abuser. Most of the time it comes from their childhood or they are total failure and now they want to be in control of their spouse. The control can be afraid that when they don't keep their spouse under control they may run off with another partner. They hated how their parents done it and never will allow that their partner even try to go that direction, or they need someone to let off steam and to blame them for their mistakes.

Really to say we don't really know what goes on in their mind. This is happen in all level of society and they are really good to cover it up and to manipulate situation. But all abuser have the same pattern, they first build the honeymoon stage by been very attracted to the other partner, and than they build up the tension until the explosion comes. That when see a real physical abuser. Afterwards they feel sorry, they ask their victims for forgiveness and they explain that they never wanted to hurt them, but they just push the wrong bottom and they lost control. That they feel so sorry and they ask you to help them not to do this any more and that you need to change and have to understand the stress and trouble they are in at the job.

Again they are making their spouse believing them and to look inside themselves for the problem and what they done wrong so the other had no choice then to act like that or that they act like that to get them out off their trance they just was in. This manipulation put the seed into the victim mind start to believe that it was their fault and before they know it they lost all their self-confidence and self-esteem. They become afraid to make decision by himself or herself, or even small stuff like what to cook for dinner or what they can do or not.

A victim will cover up their spouse misbehave and they believe that they are just going through a tough time, but pretty soon they will be happy again as they were before. They become depended on their spouse and the abuser may really love their partner, but they have a major issue with themselves. They have two faces, one on the outside been a great guy and very caring and the other behind close doors when they abuse their spouse. They play to been a victim and had a hart time in live and now the other person feels sorry and wants to help them and make it up for them. Their victim believes that they found their big and now they will help their spouse to be happy with them and that they hope to take the pain away from them and be really happy.

Most victims are so manipulated that they never will find the way out off this relationship while a few are able to get out. Who ever went through something like this has deep scars and it is not seldom that they isolate them from others just to avoid to be hurt again.

When that victim learns why it happens and what all the first flags were they ignore and why they ignored it, it never will happen again. In the same time when the person don't learn from their mistakes, they are most likely to get into another abused relationship or even return back to their ex's. Some even just cover it up with alcohol or drugs abuse.

The true is, when an abuser doesn't see it as their fault and get help so they can change, stay will always be an abuser and nobody from the outside can take it from them.

There are always red flags and your guts will warn you, but your ego will confuse you. Your ego will put fear in you, that you may never find another person who will love you and this is just the price you must pay and in reality it is not so bad, and yes you deserved it, he just didn't want you become in insaint.

No one has to live in that situation, and live is too long to suffer, but too short not to enjoin it the way you should. Get help and change your help. You need help and we can help to build a stronger and better life you ever dream about.

Hi this is Gudrun Smith and today I like to talk to you about your Education and why it is so important to invest into your skills. Your skills will feed you and your skills are yours and nobody ever can take them from you.

Everyone knows how important education is for a better job, more income and to live a special lifestyle. Still many think when they finish high school they are done with school and than wonder why they always broken and never make ends need. In the same time people getting an college degree and never find a job in that field or they are broken and can't afford the second degree so they can't land that job. What I try to say, some people are not really prepared what their degree and how to get a job in that field.

Here is an example:

Many getting a degree in English, but this degree alone will never help you to get a job, it must be combine with another degree like teaching. So when this person may first got a teaching degree and than specialist in English all doors are open and with that more income, but when they first get an English degree and been broken means that they just wasted all their money for a degree they can't get a job in.

Than we have the most important skills everyone must know and that is how to sell yourself and your skills. You can't ignore this, because your skills alone mean nothing when you don't know how to market it. The best doctors or best entertainers are not successful by their skills alone, but how they market themselves on the market. You will find great people with great skills struggle to make ends needs, while others with less talents or skills are making a fortune. This same skills how to sell yourself will get you hired in the position you applied for.

The same is happen in Online Marketing. While there are people who make a fortune online, you will find more people failing. Don't understand me wrong, Online Marketing is a new direction to make a lot of money, but only for the ones who are willing to learn Online Marketing and who are willing to work their way up. It's again all about learning these new skills fast and getting very good in it. But most people ignore this; they only want to make fast money without learning the skills or working their way up. This again will make them to fail big time and than they call it a scam. The people who are failing in Online Marketing are not investing into their skills, they don't want to learn and they think they know everything better, but the results always shows in your banks account. When not than check your ego with all the excuses or blaming others for your failure.

You must invest the time and money to educated yourself with these new skills and how to market them the right way. That makes the different between success and failure.

Cellular Wisdom by Gudrun Smith

Many great Leaders from the past or present, impressing us with great wisdom and many times we ask how they know all this information or from where all this wisdom comes from? Is there a way we can also access it or what is it?

How our human body is build, is already a big miracle. Did you know that it took thousands of years to build our DNA from trillion of cell each individual and each with it own energy. This is our cellular system, how trillion of individual cell work together as one. Just think about when our body only exists of muscles we would lay on the floor and can not move, for that we need the bones and again we need energy. Each part is individual, but on the end each one works together with the other, and without it nothing can happen.

Now our cellular wisdom is what we know. We have access to the databank to get all kind of information, but only when we are open to receive it. The source has many names, some call it god, religion, our higher self, faith, the universe or what ever you call it is the same source. We all have the same access, but how many people forget about it and just shout it down.

When we were born we came with this ability, but than we got reprogrammed from out parent with information they thought will help us, and with generation we also forget a lot. To show it, I just like to ask you "Do you remember the names from your great grandparents?" Most people do not! Most people also have been programming what to believe and what not.

We have a great connection to the databank of wisdom, the best examples are songwriters or authors when they are able to write a story that is so full with feeling and it feels so real, how do they know about that and how they do it?

The answer is really simple! How do you know that you know you didn't know something? This is our cellular wisdom and when you have that channel open you have access to a lot of information. But most people shout it down by their ego! The key is to learn to shout off your ego, than you will have any access to anything, but your ego doesn't want that. Like to say your ego is the evil part in you. It don't want you to become successful or have access to all the wisdom, it wants you to suffer. It tells you the way you should behave so nobody likes you, that you don't get the knowledge, it puts you full with fear, takes your self-esteem and self-confident from you. It remember you on the pain from the past or what you may heard from others, it makes it alive inside in you and again it keeps all the good stuff away from you.

Your biggest challenge is to shout down your ego and let the wisdom flow to you. You know what I am talking, because how many times something great came out of your mouth and you didn't knew that you knew that information?

This had happen so many times to me when I am writing an article. I just think about a topic and just start typing, and it's amazed me every time from were this information came from and in this moment I even learn a great deal from my own writing. Everyone has this connection; just think about an artist when they start paining a picture and from were they inspiration is coming from? We all have the same source and it called the cellular wisdom and all you have to do is allowing yourself to connect to it.

Most people do not like Sales People, but in the same time most people do not know that they are in Sales.

Yes, all of us are in sales, even your 3-year-old child! WOW, you didn't knew that, or? See every one is in sales as soon as they try to sell something to you, it can be everything. Your spouse sold himself or herself to you, or you never had married your spouse, you sell your time for a job, you sell your child to eat the vegetable and clean up their room, you sell your idea or opinion to another person. What ever it is you are always selling something to someone! Do you also know how good you are in sells? Really simple, look at the results!

Did you get the job you wanted, did your child listen and clean up their room and eat their vegetable. Is you spouse listen to your opinion and respect it? When you don't get the result, well than you suck in selling, but you always can learn this skills. It's about people skills and how to talk to people and sell them what you want, or better said to get them into to sell them to you.

Someone who is good in sales knows how to listen to the other person and will find out what their needs are and how they can help them. It is all about building a relationship first before you ever try to sell anything. People will never buy from you the product even when it is the best on the market, but they buy from people. They are buying it from a person they feel connected.

Professional Sales People know that and they make money, but the Amateur Sales Person only wants to make a quick sales, so they try to push it into their prospects face and begging them to buy it. They only think that the product will make the sales, so they are jumping from one business opportunity to another and starving, they never will make any money, because they need first learn how to sell themselves and become a leader in their industry and lead with the vision of success.
